The names and email addresses of subscribers to our free email newsletter are not used for any other purpose, nor ever given to any third party. Subscribers who wish to stop receiving the newsletter can unsubscribe by sending an email with the subject line “Remove” to newsletter@triviapark.com or by filling in the form on the Subscription Cancellation Page.

Names, email addresses and other contact information entered on one of our secure on-line shareware order forms are used for the purpose of fulfilling the order, and notifying the customer about updates to the product requested and of new shareware of related interest. Such notifications occur infrequently — not more than six times yearly. No information obtained from our order forms is ever divulged to a third party. Customers who do not wish to receive updates can have their names removed from our contact list by sending an email with the subject line “Remove” to customers@triviapark.com.
